"The electric plugs in the room are universal, work for UAE, European, American devices. BUT the business center is outdated. Thete are UAE plugs only, my connection plug was unstable and I had to fix it by a chair. The desktops are slow and do not allow to use zoom connection and, certainly, no option to fownload zoom application (the last is understandable). I am thankful for the opportunity to work in the business centet during late night, but that place must be renovated without delay. All other things are nice. "

"A good renovated property that meets the Sheraton brand standard. Excellent business lounge; nicely renovated lobby and restaurant. Across the street from an amazing beach! My only complaint is that it is pricey for rooms that, while they have amazing ocean and city views, are relatively small with few good appointments and low-end refurbishments."
