"I loved my stay at the four points the location is superb right on the financial district station red line. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. From the staff on the front doors, check in was polite and easy the guys and ladies near the elevators, organising taxis, the trip and spa coordinates near the elevators were informative but not harassing which is lovely. Everyone is friendly and says morning or evening which may not sound a big deal but I find it very positive and charming. My...

"Nice hotel. Over cost during seasons. Bed bellows are high for the neck during sleep !! Need to change to lower. Customers was make noisy during early in colodor of rooms , need hotel to put signs for quite there ."

"I think this is the best option and most valuable hotel to stay in downtown Dubai. However, if they can change my bedsheets every other day, that would be even better. My sheets weren’t change even after my 7th night stay despite informing housekeeping.. Sigh.."
