"The stag was incredibly friendly. The location is really great. The room that we “upgraded to” was tiny. They also told us when we checked in they upgraded us further to a nicer room than we purchased but I didn’t see how that could be. The room was just a bed with a small desk and a bathroom. Again, great staff, great location but the room itself left something to be desired. We could clearly hear the people in the room across the hall as if they were standing in the bathroom talking to us....

"This is the worst area to stay in. Absolutely unsafe. And the amenities offered by the property are incorrect, there are no laundry facilities unless you would like to walk down the street and be accosted to buy drugs on your way. Private bathrooms are outside the room which is inconvenient, and streets are awful, noisy and unsafe. As an added bonus, prior to staying here we requested information about parking within the ZTL and were told the local parking complex at Marina Antico would provide...

"This property was a DUMP!!! I have booked multiple properties in many locations through Expedia and have come to expect that anything in their list would provide a good experience. This is NOT the case with Hotel Europa. There was no air-conditioning in the rooms -- the unit was there but the control knob was broken and it did not work.
