"We liked the hotel. It was clean and comfortable and the view is nice of the bay. My only compliant is when I went to order a tea at the bar to take up to our room - they insisted to bring it up as room service and charge me a lot for room service, which was ridiculous. Most hotels would let you purchase a coffee or drink and bring it up to your room. It is a great place to start your walk to Portofino and it has lots of restaurants within walking distance."

The property is close to the bus station as well. The only thing I didnt like was the bed which were two beds they connect to each other. Other than that loved this hotel"

"We were disappointed when we arrived to learn that our room did not have an ocean view - their room options as listed on Hotels.com were a little confusing. The rooms were a little bit worn but comfortable, and the hotel was in a great location to go out and explore the town. Parking was treacherous in their on-site parking so we had to park up the road in a garage."
