"Hotel is easy to find if you read reviews. Please note reception is located on 1st floor and hotel itself is on 5th floor. Rooms are nice and cosy. Not big but big enough for us as a couple. Bed is big enough and really good for sleeping. Bathroom is in the room so you don't have to share with others. Towels and shower gel/soap provided. Rooms are cleaned daily. "Great location! Amazing customer service!! They went above and beyond any place we've ever stayed at before. They met us at the train station to bring us to our room and when we were running late the next day they headed to the train station to help us get to where we needed to go on time. The room was very comfortable with a nice hot shower and good water pressure. Very impressed that they had recycling bins in the room. We highly recommend this hotel! "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, using it as a base to explore the Cinque Terre. It was nice at the end of the day to be able to come back and relax in a quieter setting. We loved having the balconies where we could watch all the happenings in the area! The room was clean, had a kitchen that even had a dishwasher! Housekeeping came in daily and made the bed and freshened things up, that was an added bonus! "

"I would never return nor reccommend this property to anyone. There was construction going on in the front of the building from 5am-10am with non stop banging. The construction of the entire building is also built extremely poor where you can hear a pin drop from the room next door to the person below and above you even with 10 ft ceilings. This building is also in a sketchy part of town not near any major transportation or monuments and did not feel safe walking around after dark. I left the...

"We stayed 2 nights before our cruise and one night after. The personnel were very nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The hotel is next to the train station. 15 minute walk to the port and 20 minutes car ride to the airport. Walking distance to everthing. I would diffinently go back to this hotel if I were to go bake to Genoa."

"Hotels near steps from the train station. A great location for a day trip to Cinque Terra. Purchasing of train ticket and a day pass was quick and easy. The station is great for quick connections to other location in Italy. The close proximity to the train stations allow you extra time to sleep and recharge yourself for other adventures. "

Excellent view and adequate accommodation.

"This was one of our favorite stays on our trip. Nothing beats the view of the ocean and watching the clouds roll in with the church bell chiming in the background. Continental breakfast was great for the price of free. The only thing worth advising is that there are A LOT of steps to get up to the hotel, and with baggage it is not a task to be taken lightly. There is a second elevator in the town that would have solved this problem, but it is still closed for renovation. We managed though, and enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff and amazing location."
