"We had the unfortunate experience of having all our luggage stolen, our money stolen and our rental car broken into. Directly following that experience we arrived at your hotel 2:30 am in the morning . The staff went above and beyond to provide a lovely meal for us, drinks , essentials such as toothbrush, toothpaste and even facial Products. "I have elected to give this property full marks just to balance out some of the negative reviews that I felt were overly harsh. Some of the comments did inspire a lot of scepticism, but I took a chance on account of the great daily rate and didn’t regret it. My family decided to cross over to the Italy side and had a great time here. It’s not Nice or Cannes, it’s just a very low key place to decompress with the kids. "Excellent spot if you get a 2 bdrm apartment with terrace or a small balcony room with a view. Staff and food was excellent. Communication was poor - check in was a circus. Convention checking out at 3pm while new arrivals are checking in. Parking was a clown show. The lift (get's you to get the town level for the beach, shopping, restaurants etc. was out of service. "With the beach opposite the hotel this was a fantastic overnight stop. It would have been worth pre-booking parking, though we were able to book the last space. There are traffic restrictions in place, but the hotel arrange the correct authorities are notified for you so that any penalties are avoided. A beautiful family room with direct access to the roof terrace."
