"Needed a stay over for a friends birthday party, was recommended the Queen Philippa, I can understand why, it ticked all the boxes along with such friendly, helpful staff. Only slight negative which didn’t affect me was the small parking area, but to counter that they do have electric hook up which I didn’t need, but worth pointing out. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and if the need arises would stay there again. "

"We were incredibly well looked after by all the staff we met there. We had told them my husband had mobility issues and we had a room just nearby reception and the dining area, making access really easy. They had also given us a room with 2 comfy chairs which myself, and especially my husband, really appreciated after travelling. "Very happy with our stay, we traveled on the ferry late and arrived in Dover just before midnight, the hotel was very easy to find and only a very short drive for the ferry port, hotel was undergoing renovations and this was clearly sign posted in spite of this it was lovely inside and the to staff member on reception were extremely helpful and very accommodating, really great service.
