"We had a spacious room with balcony that faced the pool and ocean as practically all rooms have a similar view. We enjoyed the large pools which were very clean and inviting. The grounds were meticulously manicured and hotel, restaurants and facilities were very clean. All restaurants including the large buffet were excellent with plenty of delicious food and drinks. We had an issue with a private pick up from hotel to airport and spoke with”Trishana” from courtesy desk and she sure went to bat for us to resolve the issue in a professional manner!
