Unfortunately, the area that the hotel is in is covered in graffiti and while it’s not unsafe, it certainly doesn’t make a good impression when you arrive. "Loved the location of the hotel! The room was very clean, nice bedding and amazing rainfall shower. Housekeeping staff was great, cleaned our room and refreshed towels daily. We had free breakfast, which was much appreciated. We did not have water views (see pics) which was very disappointing based on hotel’s website description. Had struggles with AC working at night. First night was great, but then kept erroring out. Had maintenance come twice and were told that it doesn’t work at night....
