"The hotel was beautiful! The staff, especially Brian at the front door and Sinead at the front desk were incredibly friendly and welcoming! Massage, biking, and restaurants were good. Only issues were with the pool and jacuzzi area. Found used bandaids on the side of the pool. Around the jacuzzi it was slightly flooded with standing water that flowed into the sauna. Needed to be drained and cleaned better. Otherwise wonderful hotel."

"We live the castleknock however one or two small issues on this occasion that was disappointing The jacuzzi was out of order so too was another relaxing area at tonic A lot of cleaning and repair work going on there during peak times Finally housekeeping called to the door at 12.07 just as we were getting ready to leave and I thought this was very sharp considering all hotels including cadtleknock now off check in at 4pm in the afternoon Saying that we are booked to go back again with whole...
