"Our family of four absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the 7-minute walk to the train station made getting around incredibly convenient. Breakfast was simply heavenly—delicious and satisfying every morning. The onsen was immaculate and so relaxing, a perfect way to unwind. We would definitely return in the future! If there’s one thing we wished for, it would be more washer/dryer units to accommodate guests more efficiently. Thank you!"

"Returning to Hakodate just to stay at this property. To see my first impression, please read my other review. Just love the mineralized public bath in a super luxurious penthouse setting, with a relax lounge that boost the best view of Hakodate Bay - which itself is one of the best harbour / bay / mountain views in Japan. Breakfast at Tokyu Stay's 20 partners in the "Morning Market" is a better treat than ever before, with the menus now available over the Internet by scanning a QR code, and more new vendors offering non-seafood alternatives (because super-fresh seafood every day can actually becoming boring). I do wish that they can partner with one of the large hotels to accept those coupons (perhaps a discount at Premiere Cabin's breakfast or even the Century Marina breakfast). And perhaps add King Bear Soup Curry that opened up nearby - for a veggie filled alternatives. Otherwise, I do think just eating here alone is worth the trip for any foodies with an inclination for the freshest raw seafood in the world (yum!!). Stayed six days and loved it. Looking forward to the next visit. "

"Great hotel, really helpful and friendly staff. My room was clean and very thoughtfully designed. Only downside was the bed — my back hates the super firm mattresses in the majority of Japan hotels, apparently. Had to walk off back pain every day. The location was great! Super close to Sapporo station (entrance is around the corner and down some stairs), a Lawson's right around the corner across the street, 15-minute walk to parks and the outdoor shopping street. Best part was front desk staff: Everyone was SO helpful and friendly. They very patiently answered all my questions (asked via Google Translate lol) and helped me book my taxi to the airport when I checked out. They also were very patient with my numerous questions about luggage forwarding services. I loved my room. I first thought it was an open floor plan for the bathroom, then realized on my second night that there were doors — they just retract into the wall! So well designed. The breakfast was just ok, but no complaints considering the cost was very reasonable. I absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay here again if I visit Sapporo in the future. "
