"Perfect hotel for Sapporo. Near the main train station and also Odori Park and Sapporo Tower. We loved the free coffee station and fireplace feature in the lobby area. The only improvement would be if they could add some hooks in the room to hang wet bath towels. We will definitely stay here again. "

"Where do i start? Staff support friendly. The room was the best that we had on our Japan trip. Super comfy bed and pillows. The Onsen was the most opulent on our entire trip. The only thing was that could have topped it off, was a higher room. We had a view of a brick wall. "

"My young daughter like the hotel! Cleanliness is top notch especially the spacious toilet with bathtub which is a plus point! Location is just within Odori subway station underpass with access to many food and amenities. Also odori park with the Christmas lighting is just 5mins walk away! The tv tower view is very charming. Recommended for all! Maybe the sign for the hotel is a bit too small and cosy as I tried to look for awhile before I notice the hotel 😀"

"Hotel room is very cozy, bathroom is very large and the twin bed is extra large twin bed. Can join together to make into 1 king bed. Only down point is that they don’t offer Netflix channel, Just only their advertisement playing. Complimentary lounge could be better improved by providing more snacks and treats option for customer. They provide complimentary coffee, teas, 4 beers and 4 bottles green tea which is really great. 👍"
