Black. Mold. The bathroom reeks of black mold. The mold was visible around the base of the toilet, fan port, and the shower walls. It was so bad I couldn't stay in the bathroom long enough to shower ☹️ Additionally, the window shutters in the bedroom have active black mold growing on them so we had to leave the window open all night (despite it being -2°C) with the heater running because we wanted to breathe safe air. I feel genuinely terribly leaving this review because the staff that we interacted with were so so helpful and kind!! But I would never stay here again and I don't recommend others to stay here for their health.

Needed front desk staff to make a phone call in local language (Japanese) to reserve a restaurant but was refused to help impolitely. It was the only request for help during our 12-night stay so we were very disappointed and uncomfortable. The staffs are not professional in handling customer service and showed improper working attitude.

Nice business hotel only a short walk from the JR Station and so close to restaurants and shops. Staff were polite and helpful (despite the language barrier) when I needed assistance in seeking medical attention.

Not bad but not great. Tiny room & bathroom had a weird smell. Both my friend’s room & mine had it so maybe it’s a plumbing issue. WiFi connectivity issue. We reported it to front desk & thankfully, they provided a WiFi booster that worked fine. No daily cleaning (you can choose 1 day to receive it if you stay over 4 nights) but they still remove trash & replace towels daily.

The first thing we noticed upon check in is that the space is too cramped and the facilities are really old. I even noticed that the headboard and table were quite dusty, and the carpeted floor near the door was not cleaned well. The worst in our experience was how you can smell cigarette smoke everywhere. It is the first smell upon entering the lobby, it is what you can smell in the elevator, most of the time it is the smell in the hallway, and at times, you can smell it in your room. We did not even have room cleaning or service for the price we paid. We'd say that this definitely is not worth the price. It is overpriced for what it can offer at most. You can get a lot of better deals and facilities for less than half of their price, and with room service, in other places nearby. But if you happen to need a place to stay but everywhere else is fully booked, then this can go as your last resort. On the bright side, their staff are helpful and kind. They are attentive and would go the extra mile for your request. They also have a brochure with their facilities like laundry, and it also contains some helpful guides on what you need to do for the wifi, laundry, detergent, and the likes. Despite not having room service, they still provide new towels, tissue paper, toothbrush, and other stuff every day. The service of their staff is good, but it is the overall state of the hotel that needs improvement.
