"The apartment was nice, but definitely not without its problems. The seating in the living room was most uncomfortable and the rooms were always cold. Asked once for heating, but never received an answer so we used the heater in the kitchen. The host was at times unbearable as she kept telling us what to do or not to do repeatedly as if we were children. Through our multiple exchanges, she also mentioned that she was a lawyer. "Lovely old coaching inn. Friendly staff. Very clean bedroom and bathroom. The floor sloped so was difficult to get out of bed! Our bathroom was tiny too. "

"The Brocket Arms overnight stay was really good. The staff and locals were nice & chatty whilst sitting next to a large natural fire place eating lovely food and taking a well earned drink. Would of preferred a full breakfast instead of a continental one but all told, I found it a lovely and relaxing stay."
