"The house was nice and easy to find, and was in a peaceful, quiet area. Received instructions from the owners prior to arriving, which were clear and easy to follow. House was spacious and the bedrooms large. Beds were comfortable and everyone slept well. We stayed to visit Harry Potter Studios, which was very easy to get to from the house. "This is a beautiful spacious home that is walking distance to Watford village and Cassiobury park. Large beds and all bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The only downside was no patio furniture to enjoy the backyard."

"Good hotel, close to Watford Junction (with easy access to the Warner Brothers Studios/Harry Potter shuttle bus, and public transportation to/from downtown London and to/from Heathrow). A nice traditional English breakfast (extra fee required) in buffet style as well. Highly recommend."

A Wonderful Birthday Stay

"We had a wonderful stay at Pendley Manor for my husband's birthday. The hotel, its grounds and its facilities were wonderful. However, the best element of the stay was the excellent customer service. All of the staff were very polite, attentive and made our stay very special. The birthday card signed by the staff that was left in our room was a further lovely touch which we really appreciated. Also you have to love the amazing Peacock's who were truly the stars of the show!"
