"Stayed at this hotel for one night after returning from a holiday. I’ll start off by saying, the staff who were actually there were amazing, and totally blameless. However, this hotel is abysmal. We arrived just as 2 busloads of French tourists were checking in. The poor receptionist was run off her feet, but stopped what she was doing to help us. She explained that the hotel was closing the following Wednesday for refurbishment and the staff had been told that they were losing their jobs. ...

"Comfortable, large hotel with a friendly vibe and standard corporate decorative touches. Spacious room (junior suite) with views over the motorway and south of the city. There were interconnecting doors on both sides of my suite, with no sound proofing, making it possible to hear phonecalls in neighbouring rooms on both sides, on my first night. "The place is very good except the bedrooms are tired looking they need a good indepth clean also had to go for tea bag the biscuits was limited. The staff were lovely and very helpful but also didn't have a children menu lucky my grandchild eats anything, so she could have lunch. Overall we had a lovely time. Thanks "
