"The studio was super comfy and clean. Kitchen equipped with everything to make a basic meal. You're right next to queen street station, so don't have to go far. "I arrived to check in at 9pm & Had a problem accessing the property, Hadnt received the Email with door codes, Experian should notify clients to expect a communication prior to arriving with access codes to the property. apartment was immaculately clean, comfortable bed & good shower. I didnt find the tea, coffee & milk sachets until I was leaving as they were in a baking loaf tin on a shelf. Better to put these near the kettle where they can be seen."

"We were suppose to stay in the main building on Bath st. but the elevator was not working. I truly appreciate the availability of receptionist via online & transfered us to the corner building with elevator access. The apartment is clean & has kitchen amenities. Only thing is a small fridge- it was ok for us since we only stay for 2 nights 3 days. But for longer stay, the small fridge maybe an issue.
