I was checking in and had a pleasant surprise of being upgraded to a suite for my stay, check in was easy and quick. Finding the room was easy. The room was absolutely immaculate and beautiful, the bed was so so comfortable. I ordered room service at one point which was delivered super quickly with no fuss. "Comfortable, large hotel with a friendly vibe and standard corporate decorative touches. Spacious room (junior suite) with views over the motorway and south of the city. There were interconnecting doors on both sides of my suite, with no sound proofing, making it possible to hear phonecalls in neighbouring rooms on both sides, on my first night.
