"My room wasn't sound proof. We can heard clearly what the guests at the next room were talking on the middle of th night. Reason being most of the walls are wooden partitions and not solid walls. Can heard the sound of closing and opening of curtains coming from next room "

"Rooms were very comfortable and clean, with a great view over the city of Malang. Staff was very friendly too and even though they had quite a few trainees on the roster when I stayed, they tried their best and always had a smile on their face, even though they were still learning and occasionally had to clarify a number of things with the senior staff. I had to set off very early in the morning but they were kind enough to prepare a packed breakfast (with delicious nasi goreng) for me. "

The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff is so professional and kind, the buffet style breakfast was great, and the gym facilities were really nice to have. There’s a shopping center walking distance and restaurants on the way. I would definitely stay here again!!"
