"Nice hotel in a great location next to a shopping mall so lots of choice for dining. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The suite was very nice. My only suggestion having stayed at lots of similar places is that there were a few simples things missing in the room that would have helped. No moisturising cream in the bathroom which is generally normal. There was no writing paper and pen/pencil in the room. Also there was a kitchen but no cloth or scourer to clean anything. "Always love staying at DoubleTree by Hilton Surabaya. Located in the nice neighborhood of Tunjungan street, it is very convenient to walk around. All the staffs are friendly, from the security greeting you at the gate at the lobby. Room ais lways nice with the best smell amenities that they have. Breakfast is amazing, with local delicacies and authentic flavours. One minus experience is just the TV signal is not really good, so it oftens lose signal in mid-streaming for 1-2 minutes and you can't nicely follow the story. But overall stay experience is really good and nice, will definitely come back again "
