"The apartment is in a great location, within walking distance to the commercial part of JBR with plenty of shops, restaurants, beach, etc. We loved the cleanliness of the place and it served us great as a temporary home for our stay in Dubai. The hosts were awesome, responsive, and helpful. Highly recommended."

"The stay was really bad, we had experience 2 fires alarms per day, which made us run 2 times per down from 29 floors, we were not informed about that, and the check inn was not good, and in the end when I took contact with the host, which the owner of the apartment, he call me by all the bad names in the world, he is not a very nice person. And you should warn the other people that are going to stay with him."

"Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit 4 Schlafzimmern gebucht. Als wir dort ankamen (3 Personen), hatten wir nur 2 Zimmer. Wir haben darauf hin direkt den Eigentümer informiert und ihm mitgeteilt, dass hier wohl ein Fehler passiert ist. Es wurde uns unterstellt, etwas falsches gebucht zu haben, das Inserat wurde direkt von der Zimmeranzahl geändert (wir haben ein Screenshot mit 4 Schlafzimmern) und uns wurde nach langem hin und her eine größere Wohnung angeboten. Leider überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen."

"Die Nähe zur Marina ist klasse, sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. In ca 10 min ebenfalls zu Fuß ist die Metro zu erreichen. JBR eignet sich am Abend sehr gut zum flanieren und um gut Essen zu gehen. "

"Basically an excellent business hotel. Clean, comfortable and easy to navigate. Staff is very attentive. Easy check in and check out. Breakfast excellent. Difficult to arrange taxi or Uber due to highly congested location. Meeting rooms are good and catering for the meeting was excellent."
