"My first time at Atlantis and was pleasantly surprised with the facility from lobby to room amenities. The quality used in the hotel is by far top quality. The room is expensive but that goes with the location. My only complaint is the check in/check out process as the lines are mad long and it took me like 30 mins to check out while the official check out process took like 5 mins. Even waiting in line to ask a question in the lobby can stretch to double digit waiting time."

"I really enjoyed this place they have so much on site for adults & children. The gym was good, with new equipment. The buggies were great to take you round the resort. The food was lovely & fresh. I had a really great experience , I had a lovely suite & the staff were very helpful to me also. "
