"Staff were nice and friendly, the room was a set up to high standard . There was also a hairdryer which was good because it rained the night before, so could dry clothes. Lift good ! "We have had a great stay. Dinner lastnight in the Smiths Brasserie was superb and when we retired to the oak bar after we received great service there also. Off to the spa this morning for a detox. "
