"We spent a long weekend at the Passage House Hotel. We stayed in a deluxe double room with balcony on the top floor room, which is a must. The room and facilities were fantastic. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Big shout out to Beth who was so helpful to us with any questions we had. Definitely going to stay there again. Mark from Southampton"

"The property is fine and the facilities are good. The parking seems safe and is convenient, but the spaces marked for the Holiday Inn were very full. The spaces marked for Miller and Carter were available but it was not clear if it was ok to park there. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. "Unfortunately the breakfast was very disappointing. It would be so much better if tea/coffee and toast could be brought to the table as quality from machine is poor and toaster is rubbish! The choice of food was limited and cooked food was dried up."
