"Booked 4 upgraded rooms with the family. Staff are under trained. Definitely catered to Chinese speaking guests only and not foreign friendly. Upon arrival, (it was 6pm) they gave us a room barely ready with the windows open. Immediately after entering, our nose were filled with such harsh chemicals. Unbearable. "

"My stay at the Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Hilton Hotel was outstanding. The room was spacious, modern, and spotless, with amazing city views. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The location is perfect, and the facilities (like the pool and gym) were excellent. "The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The riverview is worth the upgrade especially at night when the city lights up. The breakfast has a nice mix of western and Chinese foods. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel and a short walk to a ferry to cross the river. Nice cold a/c and is a non smoking hotel but has smoking areas conveniently for those that do. Georgina was helpful and friendly willing to assist in anything that was needed. The plaza is...

"I arrived at 1:30 a.m. and was welcomed warmly. The room, with a couch and chairs plus balcony was one of the best I have ever stayed in. Free breakfast, shampoo and conditioner, comfy bed, 4 pillows. My stay inspires me to use Holiday Inn Express again. Definitely recommend. "
