"The room was spacious, however the bed was hard (expected this from previous hotel visits throughout Asia) and the room was not very sound proof as I was woken several times by noisy neighbours in other rooms. Nice selection of foods at breakfast - both western and Chinese, and laundry was same day service and very cheap for what I had cleaned. Hotel was also within easy walking distance of most tourist attractions within Guilin. Some staff spoke English, however was able to communicate without...

"Very disappointing that mostly all amenities and pool were closed due to maintenance. The reason we chose this place was due to it’s amenities since you can’t swim in the ocean yet we couldn’t even use the main pools"

"Got a lake view room. But, unfortunately there was NO lake. Food quality and waiter attentiveness very poor."

"In our opinion........Pool area dismal..........hard wood lounge chairs without cushion ....breakfast buffet .....not fresh......what was supposed to be hot was cold. Restaurants overpriced for less than average food. Try putting some meat on your Peking duck. Overall a disappointment. In our opinion"

"I was totally impressed. I got in way early. I had to get another day added they charged me same price that I booked at. So helpful I was there during the contra virus they shut down the gym for our protection provided masks checked temps of everyone coming in. Breakfast Buffett was great people awesome chef checked on people all the time. I honestly can’t say enough good things about my stay. I will be staying there my next trip to Liuzhou."
