"This was my second time back to the beautiful island, I love it there and will be going back. My only complaint would be due you covid and being under staffed the property is not fully operational. I think there needs to be more posting up of what is open, blocked off, available and so on posted for the visitors. That would make things a little easier as you walk around the property."

"I liked the resorts. I did not like the restaurant fish by Andres at the cove . This restaurant tried to charge my husband's credit card twice. We went to the manager who told that accounting did it which we pointed out was untrue as a member of the staff had to initiate the credit card charges. Daddy s went by and the erroneous pending charge was not fixed. My husband had to call his bank and place a fraud alert on his credit card account and dispute the pending charge."

"The hotel grounds and landscaping are indeed very impressive. Lots of family oriented activities and attractions all around. The beach is also very impressive (we liked the Cove beach the best for our little ones). Solid 5 stars for that. Our room (#4401) was average at best. The bathroom tub was also clogged. "The fact that our initial room was completely different than pictured was just a start. We have used HomeAway many, many times with “exceeded expectation” results but this one was a let down. On top of it all, the hotel manager and assistant manager were... let’s just go with “less than pleasant.” I’m stopping here because I could go on and on about things that were overly misrepresented on this particular outfit.
