"When we arrived, there was no obvious office. Every obvious door was locked, and nobody was around. After walking all around the place, a cleaning lady met us and went to get somebody to help us. The restaurant was closed. The bar was closed. The pool was closed. The beach was closed. It was basically a box with a bed in it. I would very much like a refund. We left the place and went and got a real motel."

"We had the best time in the beautiful Abacos! This was our families first visit & will definitely not be the last. The home is beautiful, with breathtaking views, clean & very spacious! "This home sits on a beautiful peninsula in Marsh Harbor. This was our first trip to the area, and we found it very easy to navigate. The great thing about the property is the location with stand-up paddle boarding and snorkeling just offshore - and a dock. The home still needs some TLC s/p Dorian, but the ground team is clearly working on it. Our house manager, Taj was wonderful and very responsive. For example, there was no large pot in the kitchen, and she had one brought over immediately....

"We arrived a little early, and the host allowed us to take advantage of the dock prior to our check-in time. The teenagers were able to jump right in and begin snorkeling around the dock. The house was exactly as described, and fit our group of 12 perfectly. We cooked in the kitchen every morning and night, and found all that we needed. All in all, the perfect spot for our group as we enjoyed all the cays close by via boat. "
