"Friendly helpful staff"

"Hotel is right downtown, embedded among high-rise buildings. Good walking distance to tourist sights. Breakfast buffet is very expensive, but there is a nice food court right across the street. Decent bar with light food offerings. Room was nice, with good tech sockets near the bed. (Expedia did not warn me that the hotel's name had changed, and that was disconcerting. I blame Expedia for that, though, not the hotel.)"

"Converted warehouse with Tapas restaurant inside. Rooms are very quiet with avant guarde artwork in the rooms. Position close to maritime museum, seafood market and harbour."

"We had an executive twin room which was large and had a great view. The free mini bar and daily free drink at the roof top bar was an unexpected surprise and came in handy. Great location for public transport, shopping and eating. "
