"I love The Windsor and have stayed there over the years and wanted to give my daughter a treat. The room was lovely, I understand that all rooms cannot have a view, but the noise of the air conditioner was too much for me, I did not have a good night's rest. But I will try again as this is the first time that this has happened to me. "

"Had a wonderful time staying at The Langham Melbourne. Right when you get to the front door you're greeted by the staff. Who know your name and then bring your bags to your room. Id never experienced that before. Then you walk in and see a beautiul fountain. The gym was also great and the room had a large tv and big bar selection. A great place to stay in Melbourne Southbank!"

"A bucket list visit having seen it featured on I’m a Celeb UK in previous years. The lagoon suite was fabulous, excellent choice in the minibar, and the jet bath was a delight. Definitely well worth the visit! A few areas for improvement however: - The pool area is in dire need of some tlc. The loungers were disgusting and needed a good clean. - The in-room phone did not work when I tried dialling reception - I accepted a complimentary check-out time of 12pm but received a phone call at...

"The staff were fantastic, efficient, attentive and helpful. The suite was comfortable, spacious and luminous. Nevertheless, the room needed a bit details in the dusty cleaning department, for ex the nightstand and lamp´s bases were dusty. Also if this is a 5 star hotel, where´s the SPA? It needed a SPA. Besides that, the hotel is in the perfect location to move around Sydney easily. When I am back in Sydney I will stay here again for sure. Five starts to the Reception´s staff. "

"This hotel might feel more old-fashioned compared to other typical Four Seasons hotels. Although I didn't experience the same flashy as in other Four Seasons hotels, I was able to feel a sense of comfort through the kindness of the staff, the subtle and appropriate blend of comfort in a limited circumstances, and the understated interiors and amenities, which created a cozy atmosphere."
