This is our first time visiting Niseko for snowboarding and coming from Canada where visiting Banff and Lake Louise multiple times is our yearly tradition, we are completely blown away by this visit. The hotel has all the amenities required for the most wonderful stay. Breakfast has everything you can imagine, very tasty (I especially like the miso soup and healthy options available). Hirafu snowboard base is less than 5min walk up the hill and then after you can enjoy...

"We actually loved staying here and the food upstairs in the restaurant is excellent. The rooms are comfy and the access to the mixed onsen is excellent. Probably one of our favourite parts. I will say that the shower in the rooms were very average. Plenty of hot water but it’s a very small setup and feels more like a van than a hotel."
