"Overall was OK and very convenient if you are into winter sports. Food was OK and plenty of choices. But food wares were usually dirty with food stain on utensils and plates."

"This was a gorgeous place to be in the middle of Winter. The hotel is amazing and the surrounding nature and lake are breathtaking. Ee had a few things planned for the visit, but preferred just to stay in the hotel/resort"

"Overall is good ! But the water pressure so weak. It need to take more time for bathing. Room cleaning is really only make up the room not all the house. Things put on the kitchen, table ..... still put on the same place, haven't washed."

"This was our third stay at Freedom Inn. We love the location within walking distance to the ski field but away from touristy Hirafu. They have a great pick up drop off shuttle service which can take you to dinner in either Hirafu or Kutchan. Try Kutchan for a more authentic japanese experience. You can even stop by an onsen on the way! There also is a free shuttle to/from the ski lifts. The rooms are very spaceous and there is an onsen/ouffro on site too. The photos don't really do this place...

"We actually loved staying here and the food upstairs in the restaurant is excellent. The rooms are comfy and the access to the mixed onsen is excellent. Probably one of our favourite parts. I will say that the shower in the rooms were very average. Plenty of hot water but it’s a very small setup and feels more like a van than a hotel."

"Quiet and secluded with excellent staff and high end facilities (including a nice onsen setup). The included half-board meals were extensive and very good, and probably required given the relative lack of other options anywhere nearby in summer season. Feels like a private resort. If you are looking for an escape in Niseko this is a good option and the price is reasonable given the quality of the accommodation and of the dining."
