"Great hotel with a nice breakfast buffet. Went during the off season so was good value and very quiet. Staff super friendly. Some facilities seem a bit dated and bathrooms are the typical Japanese plastic-y bathroom, which wasn’t expected for the Hilton. But still recommend it! Onsen has two pools, and the outdoor pool has a great view. Was surprised there wasn’t an outdoor pool. Definitely better onsens in Hokkaido, though still nice to have the option."

"Perfect Family Getaway at AYA Niseko ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our family of four, including two energetic kids (9 and 6), had an amazing stay at AYA Niseko during the low season. While many places in the surrounding area were closed, we actually loved the peaceful and quiet atmosphere. It gave us a chance to fully enjoy the tranquility of the area and take in the beautiful natural surroundings. "The room was great! Bathtub in the bathroom was amazing! The SkiJapan staff were excellent with arranging our transfer from the airport and even met us at the bus stop late at night, gave us a ride to the property and helped check us in. They also provided welcome snacks which was a great surprise. We truly enjoyed our stay. Location in Lower Hirafu is perfect, walkable to everything but in a quieter part of town. It is across from a nightclub but we never heard anything from them in the 4...
