Poor English language by some of the staff making it at times extremely difficult to make oneself understood. I had sent some laundry to be washed and ironed however when I returned to the hotel on my last day I was to discover that my laundry could not be located and then 30 minutes later it was then found only to be told that it had neither...

"I did not even stay there. When I got there, the check in staff did not know what he was doing. The front of the hotel was right on the street and looked like a whole in wall. I left and went to a much better hotel. Photos on their website are not at all true."
