"Cleaning personnel wonderful. Front desk personnel not too helpful. Also if you have a kitchen and a refrigerator as part of what one has reserved and you provide barely a couple of pots, Very few glasses, very limited kitchenware to be able to use. Very disappointed in that regard. Great location btw"

"We have stayed here multiple times and love the location and rooms. There are a couple of things they need to upgrade in my opinion. 1. The bed mattresses are very firm and pillows are not comfortable at all so you might want to bring your own if possible. 2. They really need to offer a coffee station for guests. There is a breakfast spot but we don't eat breakfast and didn't want to sit at a table just for coffee. Other than that this is a great place to stay and close to anything you want...

"The place is definitely dated. There was an worn, old love seat in the room. damaged base boards, etc. But staff were nice, valet parking was a plus, and walking distance to Bourbon St. "

"Great location away from the noisy parts of the French Quarter and close to Frenchman Street. This is an old building so street noise can be an issue, but overall we enjoyed our stay there. "

"The staff at the hotel were simply amazing even with the snowstorm hitting and people being stranded. They worked with everybody closely and made sure we all had a place to stay still they were so friendly and reassuring when I was freaking out about being stuck for another two days, but they made it so comfortable those two days that we had to stay extra"
