"The reception staff were really helpful and friendly as were the accommodation staff. The location suited our trip perfectly . Although it was evident that effort was made to present the hotel well, unfortunately it was tired and in need of a freshening up, some furniture chips and broken ,carpets were stained and needed cleaning or replacing .
