A little rough around the edges -- busted smoke alarm, sketchy looking key pad, etc. But if you're looking for a hot shower and a place to crash, it's good enough. "The owners were very accommodating of request made. They communicated in a timely manner. The boutique hotel is conveniently located in the town square. Our suite is very clean, roomy, nicely decorated. Would like added amenities of lotion in bathroom and maybe a small microwave to re-heat tea or coffee. The grounds is small but secure. Flowering or potted flowers will be nice to sit outside to enjoy the pretty Spring weather, though you can also do that in the square."

"Beautiful property, the rooms were very clean and communication with owners was awesome. It has minor issues being an old building which didn't affect my stay, such as some noisy floors under the carpet, and the fact that it does not have an elevator. But we loved the stay, this hotel makes you feel part of the town history. My oldest kids found it great to stay here. We loved Dahlonega and will definutely visit again. "
