"We absolutely loved our stay at Hilltop home . The property has the most amazing views over the mountains. Sunrise /sunset the colors were incredible. We were worried about being here over Christmas… would we have any decorations? Woukd it have proper cooking utensils pots and pans etc to make a proper meal? This house was completely decorated adding to the ambience! It is the best stocked Vrbo I have EVER stayed in for being able to cook etc! Two living rooms.. to accommodate guests. Pool table , board games, books, fire pit all for entertainment. It’s very close to the town and wineries. Everyone felt like they had their own privacy for sleeping too! Master bedroom and bath at top of house. 2 beds and a bath on main living floor plus a half bath! Bottom floor had another bedroom and bath off living /games room.. we had such a wonderful time! I have already recommended it to our friends. "

"Our family ranged from 3 years old to 74 years old. The house had a huge supply of pots, pans, towels, even a crib and high chair. We loved having two separate kitchens and separate living spaces. We communicated with the host very easily and she was able to answer our questions during our stay. Overall, the house was beautiful and we would love to stay here again!!"

"Nine days here just flew by and we would have enjoyed staying longer. As it was, we attended a beautiful Juliette Chapel wedding, celebrated Christmas with family, and made shopping, sightseeing, and hiking side trips. The Christmas lights, tree and hundreds of other special decorations filled the granddaughters with delight. The superlatively well equipped kitchen was a cook’s dream. Thank you for a visit to remember!"

"Great communication with owner. Very helpful, nice, and understanding. Couldn't ask for better. If you are wanting to stay close to Dahlonega but still want to feel like you are in the middle of nowhere then this is your place. Just a short drive to downtown. Road gets a little narrow coming and going for the last 8 miles but it is very doable. So much space to explore outside. Our daughters dog loved exploring the trails. If you have an active dog then they'll love this place. The inside is very quaint and warm. Two main bedrooms with a large day bed in the living room. Only one tv but everyone watches everything on their phones now anyway. Just be prepared with tablets and such if you have small kids. Master bath is a dream. Trust me on this. A dream. Plenty of room to spread out inside and out. I loved the place and would go back in a heartbeat. My wife initially wasn't pleased with the small shower in the other bathroom, only one tv, and what she deemed too much clutter. After a bit she warmed up to it. But be aware the other shower is a stall shower. There is a bunch of stuff around. If you have small kids with grabby hands then it may be a little extra work for you. This is nitpicking though. Highly recommend. My wife and I stayed with our daughter, her husband and their German Short-haired Pointer. Can't ask for more from an owner, Great location. Great rental. Book it. "

"My partner and I drove from Atlanta to Dahlonega to view the Christmas lights in Historic Downtown. We used this time to reconnect and relax. The tiny house was the perfect amount of space for us. It was extremely clean and cozy. We loved the Christmas decorations. One night in the loft made us feel like we were in a treehouse sleeping among the stars."
