The front desk personnel were very attentive and helpful. The hotel is at great location, you can walk to most of Helen’s attractions and restaurants. The room was cleaned and cozy for all of us. I would come back in future if I visited Helen again.

The hotel was pretty filthy. The bed sheets obviously had not been changed, stains on the sheets as well as on all the towels and hand towels. The free breakfast was laughable with only a selection cold cereal and frozen pastries with no expectation date on them. The lady at the desk was literally asleep snoring with her head on the counter. The toilet was not cleaned and a plunger sitting on the carpet beside the door. For $230.00 for one night you think you’d get something at least clean. Needless to say I’ll never stay at that hotel again. Live and learn I suppose.

Hotel needs some TLC(broken towel holder). Floor under carpet was uneven. It looked as if one of the beds sheets had not been changed(had spot of blood on sheets). Staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast had a pretty good selection. For price 2 night stay was decent.

Lovely staff at check in and handled our noise complaint without question. Apparently the kids above us thought it was WWE most of the night. Rooms are fine. Bathrooms are fine. Everything is a bit dated, but when you just came out of their Oktoberfest month you can't expect things to be perfect. No bugs or mold seen in our room. Beds comfy.

This hotel should be closed and refurbished, the room was disgusting, bathroom disgusting, we have cockroaches in our room, the carpet was like in you are walking over rocks, breakfast very poor, cereals, milk, fruit cups, yogurt and a very bad tasting coffee.

The bed was comfortable. Front desk staff was very nice. Sticky bathroom floor. No bathtowels or washcloths readily available until I alerted front office. Called because our door would not lock and then waited on repairman to fix it. Waterspots on bedroom ceiling needs repair. Plug in fried our charging cable.

Older outdate motel. Horrible breakfast. We stayed on the first floor and I've never heard so much noise from the floor above. Needs an update very badly, but the owner doesn't appear to want to spend money
