The location is great right on the cape fear River looking right at the USA North Carolina battleship on one side and the historic Wilmington skyline on the other. Parking garage is a bit of a walk like a couple blocks but is free considering parking in the downtown is 8.00/hr this is well worth it. Coffee shops, bourbon and beer bars and delicious food options Rental was clean and comfy for sleeping. Plenty of utensils for cooking if you...

"Parking was further than anticipated, the room key pad was confusing and locked us out immediately and we had to use the key on the table, luckily security was able to unlock our door for us so we could get ready and make it to our event on time. There was some damage to the bathroom cabinet towards the bottom when we arrived and stains on the bedroom carpet, clean other than that. Beautiful views, felt very secure, and in walking distance from everything we needed. "

Right in the heart of historic downtown, we were able to walk around and enjoy the city. The little balcony was perfect for drinking coffee in the morning. The host was extremely attentive and responded immediately whenever we had a question. We would absolutely stay here again. "

Off street parking was easy. Located close to riverfront but most will prefer transportation to visit the area."
