Brand new House in historic Downtown Wilmington

House is located less than a mile to all that downtown has to offer. Recently completed in November of 2023 and located on a quiet street. Very easy access to all that Wilmington has to offer. A block from a few restaurants and a brewery and about 7 blocks to all of the action in downtown Wilmington. The cargo district is also about 7 blocks away. The house has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms with lots of natural light. The kitchen has quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of space for entertaining. The living room has a large 75 inch tv and two leather couches, one of which is a queen sleeper sofa. There is also an elliptical work out machine as well as some free weights to get some exercise while you are staying here. The front porch has a rocking chair and bench to enjoy the peaceful views of the area . The backyard will be fenced in at the end of April and has an outdoor couch and table as well. Perfect for those traveling with pets. The owner has a separate entrance to a space attached to the back of the house which he may be staying in at certain times of the year, The main house space is all for the tenant. If you need more space you can inquire about possibly adding the additional bedroom during your stay for a fee. There is internet as well as slingTV to use. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need during your stay. There is a drip coffee maker, a ninja blender for smoothies, and the filtered water from the fridge is great. The Hi-wire brewery and Bowstring are great choices to eat or have a beer and they are only a block away on 10th and Princess.

Great trip to Wilmington. Property is very comfortable and a very close walk downtown. It’s a short drive over to Carolina or Wrightsville Beaches. We will be coming back for sure!

Great location to enjoy historic Wilmington
My wife and I and teenage daughter stayed at the property and had a great time. It was spacious and fit us well. The kitchen was fantastic. The location was great for visiting historic Wilmington, and for day visits to the beaches in Wrightsville and Carolina. It also was right next to the brewery Highwire, which was a nice evening place to go with our dog. The owner even let us use his guest parking spot at the Carolina beach, which was a nice surprise. We would definitely rent again

Comfortable cozy house in good location
House was newly renovated and immaculate. Well stocked with everything we needed for a weekend stay. Beds were comfortable, neighborhood was quiet but easy walk to riverfront. Super easy check in, owner emailed us code to get in, left detailed instructions and suggestions in nearby restaurants. Would rent again if backmin area.
