With the exception of valet dept, every single other employee we encountered in any area were surprisingly unfriendly and not helpful - front desk, bars, restaurant… it’s like everyone there hates their job or something. Definitely expected a better level of service from a hotel of this stature."

"Perfect area near Hollywood. Excellent breakfast. It costs $34 each, plus tax and tip; but, it’s was worth it to us. Good coffee, fresh squeezed juice, omelette station and more. Plus, the service was great."
