"This is a new hotel in the center of Araneta City that offers outstanding value and exceptional staff service. Although it does not provide active bell service, the front desk and security (concierge) staff are more than ready to assist guests who need assistance."

"Very accessible to all establishments especially Ali Mall and SM. Very close to Araneta Coliseum if you’re attending an event or concert. The front desk staffs are very accommodating and friendly. The hotel should improve their interior. Furnitures are quite old. "

"Try and book a room as far away from the elevator as possible. Workers and guests were talking pretty loudly late into the morning. Workers were a little surprising, but around 9:30PM-10:30PM, I saw one of them with a laptop talking to someone else on the phone. For the price though, you really can't beat the cost on the weekend. Also, it's very inexpensive to include breakfast from 6-9AM, and it tastes pretty good. "

"Host was responsive and accommodating. Everything was as described. All provisions were adequate. Only downside was the Intercom which sometimes worked and sometimes didn't but I'm guessing it's more the Reception desk rather than the unit itself with the problem. Will book again when I return. "

"This place is new, but beware. When you check in, Be sure you check everything first, do inventory of what they have and take pictures of everything like carpet stain, broken glasses etc. Report to the manager right away. They might charge you a ridiculous amount of money if they found something that they think you damage it after you check-out. Pay only in credit card just in case."
