"Been to this Hotel a few times in the past it's starting to show its age. The breakfast buffet is delicious but very expensive as are the cocktails in any of the food and beverage prohibitively so more expensive than the US. Rooms are adequate somewhat small but comfortable."

"Stayed here a few times and its always good, they are renovating the hotrel so lobby is smaller and pool closed. If I had known the pool was closed I may have booked elsewhere but it was not mentioned when booking via a third party. Staff are good always pleasant and hotel is clean."

"Hotel is very nice and in the great location. The rooms are old and not recently renovated but very clean. Housekeeping team was wonderful. Timely, efficient and pleasant. Reception service is not to the level of 5 star hotel standard. In the attempt to please they would give completely incorrect direction. They were not aware that Terminal 4 is under reconstruction and gave us wrong info for our departure flight. Valet team was great. Food for breakfast was great and we enjoyed trying variety...

"I have stayed at The Ascott several times, and it never did. I have a terrible experience. The staff are all friendly and courteous. "

"Overall, it was great to stay in this hotel. I stayed for 3 days, the first day, the room was not made so i needed to ask the front desk for a new towel and shampoo refilling, and another thing is the wifi kept being disconnected and I had to log in the wifi whenever I am out from the room even in the hotel building. The staff was really kind and nice. I'd like to visit again if those points get better. "
