"I would like to say that the staff over all was exceptional. The valet and security when you first arrive in the hotel was so helpful and caring with our luggages making us get in the hotel quick and fast. The front desk was informative and check in was easy and quick. The housekeeping was very hospitable. Every time we see one in the hallways we were greeted and they would always asked to let them know if we need anything from cleaning to things we need from the room. The buffet staff was WOW....

"Great location, walking distance to airport, so ideal if you have early flight to go to islands. Clenliness, not very clean inside the rooms. Various stains on tables, flooring carpet is dirty. Would be scared to bring out the black light to see more... "

"Need to replace the toilet cuz it’s too low when you sit on it. It needs to be higher especially for people that are taller like some foreigners. Other than that the room is spacious and clean and the air conditioner is functioning well. Pillows is too soft and it should be at least medium hard."

"I’ve always enjoyed my previous stays at the Conrad but, this time I was disappointed by their deception. I booked two rooms and indicated that two children are staying in one of the rooms and I selected the breakfast buffet at time of online booking. Upon checking in I was informed that payment for the two children must be paid at the restaurant and not through the online booking reservations. I was told that the children’s breakfast buffet is half the price of the adult charge. I paid $21.00...

"It was a very nice hotel and had very nice staff. The only negative was the security which took my pocketknife tool (leatherman). It is really silly to take a man's pocketknife and is really only giving the illusion of security. I had to get it back when I checked out (and humorously, they gave it back to me on the lobby side)."

Recommended and affordable , clean

"Once again it hit a mess but it looks like most of the hotels in Manila are stepping up their standards when it comes to pest control and this is one of the famous chain hotels in Asia. Absolutely no problem with pest and very convenient location, very good customer service overall not a problem. I would recommend booking here without any worry about anything."

Rubbish.

"The room was not cleaned, unless we asked the young man in charge, and after paying him cash. There was no toilet paper, the breakfast had a long list of choices but couldn't provide. They would go to a nearby street food vendor and bring us something with always rice in it. It's strange for us to eat rice for breakfast. The location is in a very populated dirty area where you have to be very attentive not to fall in an open sewerage well. The smell is terrible. I don't recommend this hotel to no one. Don't go to that area please . "
