"Probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in wrt value for money but more so the extraordinary level of friendliness of the staff. They quickly remember your name, always a smile and hello, very helpful with requests. I have been on the road for 2 months of the time, been doing APAC business development for 30+ years and the staff here were outstanding.
