"Had an excellent stay at the Rizal Park Hotel. It’s set in the old Manila Army and Navy Club, so the building was steeped in history, making the stay very interesting The rooms were lush, clean and bed was comfortable. The staff went out of their way to cater to our needs and were very flexible when it came to checking in and out. Walking distance to the hotel were several areas of interest such as the Rizal Memorial Park and a few museums so there were plenty of things to do as a tourist...

"I checked in at 2pm,the receptionist not approachable,never smile,I went down 2 times since the aircon is not working,it's been more 1hr that aircon was on (16°c ) never been cold,she just told to Wait till 6pm until the technician will come.I requested if she can transfer me to another but she got angry. I was very upset until she cold her manger and they transfered me to another room..The room is clean the only problem is the receptionist. "
