It is located in the entertainment district in Malate, but I was not bothered by noise from these venues, nor did I in any way feel unsafe when walking in the area during the day or early evening. "The rooftop night view was awesome. Overlooking the night lights of the Makati building is like New York's skyscrapers. The roof has 3 bars with a reasonable size but well catered for its purpose.
