"I travel a lot and you get what you pay for. The staff were polite, the pool area was nice but the pool needed a good cleaning. The bathroom was appalling to say the least. We started to give the cochroaches names. Don't stay here."

"The front desk staff were very helpful with my limited Spanish and helped me get to the airport. Very okay for solo female traveller. Felt safe. Amenities were ok for the price."

"It looks like that Orbitz made a mistake: I reserved a room for 2 persons with 2 beds, and in the confirmation e-mail they sent me the information with the picture of that room. However, the hotel said that Orbitz sent them a room with one bed, which is so tiny; dont have that room. After half an hour discussion, we got our room. Otherwise the hotel was good/basic, updated with a strong aircondition."
