This is a two, maybe three star property that has seen better days. But... it is near La Crucecita, across from a nice park, with a coffee shop and the price is very reasonable.
Just don't expect perks.
The rooms have lots of dents and scratches and while everything works, there are only a few outlets, a red flag in an era when everyone needs to charge phones, tablets and more.
WiFi coverage in the rooms varies between sparse and non existent.
On the positive side, there was always plenty of hot water and pretty good pressure in the shower.
A note to Expedia travelers... I've used this property twice in the last two weeks. I pre paid once and was told I did not have a reservation. But we got it fixed.
The second time I was set to pay at the hotel. When I arrived, they tried to overcharge me until one of the employees stepped in and said they had to respect the Expedia price.
So just make sure you have documentation of your reservation and rate.
Would I stay here again knowing what I know? When I need a bargain, of course.
BTW... it is NOT disability friendly.
